I am extremely grateful and blessed to take over as a chairman of the Amritsar branch of ICAI more so in the new decade. Our branch is effortlessly proposing high standards of professional behaviour of ethical values and ICAI regulations.
At our outset, I wish to share with you that I owe whatever I am today to the blessings and best wishes of my parents, family coupled with the learning experience which I got from my seniors and continuing love and support from my fellow professionals. it is important to have dedicated and diligent team which is committed for ICAI Action Plan. Last year we have won the best best branch at National level in medium category jointly with Siliguri branch. This year we would like to repeat the same singly.
My vision for the Year 2021-22 will be to improve the connectivity of the members and students with ICAI, improvement in infrastructure facilities available for them, digital transformation and above all respect for everyone. Student Led activities will be my top priority as they are future of our profession.
Our a Two letter word is matter of Pride, Dignity & Accountability and we being an integral partner in nation building as mentioned by our Late President Dr. A.P.J. Kalam. Moreover our Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that, Signature of CA is more powerful than that of the Prime minister of a country. We should take these Quotes Seriously and we as a Chartered Accountant must understand our real role in this ongoing and on growing economy.
